Ben moved to the Hill Country and inherited a beautiful but unworkable lot — a steep slope falling away from the back of the house with no usable outdoor space. He told us he "took a leap of faith" hiring us based on existing reviews. We designed three deck levels stepping down the grade: a top-level dining deck off the kitchen, a middle entertaining platform with a built-in grill island, and a lower fire-pit lounge built into the slope.
The cooking level got the full Hill Country treatment — limestone veneer base, leathered quartzite counter, Lynx 36" grill with side burner, undercounter bar fridge, and a vented hood concealed in the cover fascia. Plumbing was rough-in ready for a sink + ice maker upgrade Ben planned for year two.
